Information Request Unit under Directorate General of Press and Public Relations has been established within the framework of Right to Informatıon Act No 4982 and Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Right to Information Act. It carries out access procedures for information and documentation. Everyone who has applied over web site of our Municipality or individually can benefit from this service. It is obligatory to fill in the section of T.R. Identity No regarding the applications through e-mail. Application through telephone is not accepted. Within the scope of the right of our citizens, they need to take into consideration the provision of Article 27 - Recommendation and opinion requests are not covered by this Law as stated in the Right to Information Act. Applications are notified to the respective directorates as online or in writing. Excluding exceptions, the respective directorate notifies the citizen of the result settled within 15 days as demanded by the citizens.
